Brand Consultation

Your travel experience starts with a 30 minute conversation with me where I will learn about who you are and what you love. Be prepared to answer:
 ● Where do you want to go?
 ● How many people are in your party?
 ● What is your travel style?
● What are your preferred travel dates?
● What is your ideal budget?
● Do you have any flight requirements?
● What type of experiences do you enjoy?
● What kind of food do you like?
 ● Do you have any special requests?

Client agreement form and planning fee:

After our initial call, if you and I both decide that working together is a good fit, I will send over a client agreement form for you to sign online. This is a form that confirms that you are hiring me as your travel advisor and I will work on the trip discussed until you come home. In some cases I send an invoice to you for a non-refundable planning fee to cover the time and resources to begin planning your trip itinerary.

The Planning Stage:

This is where I get to work! I team up with our trusted relationships, coordinate with guides, plan your stops and accommodations, and provide you with up to two fantastic itinerary options tailored to your needs and budget. Typically, your trip itinerary is delivered within 2-3 weeks after we receive your planning fee. Once you receive the options, we can fine-tune the details to ensure the trip perfectly suits you and your travel companions.

● Additionally, we’ll provide safety protocols, travel insurance options, and a payment plan to make the process seamless and worry-free.

Booking:

Once I have submitted your travel options, I will need your payment information to move forward
and lock in your rates for airfare, hotels, and other expenses. Please note that pricing is not
secure until booked. Rosewater Travel is NOT responsible for your travel documents such as
passports, visas, and any other documents required by the countries you will be visiting.

Deposit/Final Payment:

Upon receiving your booking authorization, we will move forward in securing purchasing and locking in your travel arrangements. Occasionally, pricing may change from the time we present your trip options until the time you book your trip. We will make adjustments as needed and communicate openly about any additional costs.

Step five

 In the weeks and months leading up to your trip, we'll stay in contact and keep you posted on any trip developments such as time changes or requirements by the countries you'll be visiting.
